2. Purpose and scope

These Website Terms govern access to and use of the public 3D Flat Finder website, its marketing content, demonstrations, downloads and contact functions.

The website is primarily intended for professional and business users. It does not by itself constitute an online store, a binding offer, or an electronic contract for the 3D Flat Finder SaaS platform. Any subscription, pilot, partner or professional-services relationship is governed by a separate order form, master agreement, partner agreement or other written terms.

3. Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass security controls, access non-public areas without authorisation, extract data at a disruptive scale, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or use the website in violation of applicable law.

Website content, prices, product descriptions, roadmaps, demonstrations and examples are provided for general information and may change. A live demo or project reference may contain third-party project materials and does not imply that every function, integration or visual asset is included in every commercial offer.
