In the free Creator Workspace you can register, build unlimited draft projects, upload content, import unit data, configure the viewer, use the sandbox and preview links, complete the Partner Academy, and demo the system to your own clients. You only pay once a project goes live.
Integration depth — not a better viewer. Every plan ships the complete buyer experience, unlimited units, analytics and the standard data layer. Standalone (€199) runs entirely from the admin. Connected (€399) adds live two-way CRM synchronisation, connectors and webhooks, and engagement analytics into your own stack. Custom adds deep, multi-system integration, a data warehouse/BI pipeline, dedicated environment, SSO and enterprise SLA. You move up only when you connect more deeply, never to unlock the buyer experience.
Yes — a one-time €900 per live project, covering onboarding, configuration and the first live-launch review. It's waived for founding partners. Registration, building, the sandbox and self-service preview stay free.
No. Every plan is flat per live project — unlimited units and normal users are included. You never pay per unit or per seat; the plan is chosen by integration depth.
Yes. When a project is no longer public, pausing is free and the monthly billing stops. It restarts only when you publish again.
No. Buyer analytics and the standard data layer are in every plan — they're core to the platform, not premium add-ons. Higher plans add how the platform integrates with your systems (live CRM sync, connectors, warehouse/BI), not whether you get analytics at all.
Renders, 360° captures and walkthroughs are produced by your own studio or a certified partner — quoted separately and kept separate from the platform. Content production isn't a 3D Flat Finder service; the platform stays the same whichever studio creates the visuals.
